Entry Requirements: University degrees or Professional certificates in any field of studies, but MUST have a minimum of 2 years of work experience in Human Resources, Business Administration and Management, Personnel Management, Learning and Development, Industrial Relations, Business Consulting or related areas.
TYPES OF MEMBERSHIP
1. Associate (ACIHCD) Certificate
(Applicants must have a minimum of 2 years of work experience in Human Resources, Business Administration and Management, Personnel Management, Learning and Development, Industrial Relations, Business Consulting, or related areas.
2. Full Member (MCIHCD) Certificate
Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of work experience in Human Resources, Business Administration and Management, Personnel Management, Learning and Development, Industrial Relations, Business Consulting, or related areas.
3. Fellowship (FCIHCD) Certificate
(Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years of Core work experience in Human Resources, Business Administration and Management, Personnel Management, Learning and Development, Industrial Relations, Business Consulting, or related areas)
4. Doctoral Fellow DR. – FCIHCD
Applicants must have a minimum of 20 years of core work experience in Human Resources, Business Administration and Management, Personnel Management, Learning and Development, and Industrial Relations.
